Learn To Run - Session 2

Our second session of “Learn to Run“ starts! This session will be held on Thursday nights (7:00 PM) at Runner’s Soul.

2019 Brooks Rotary Pump It Up Run

The Brooks Rotary Pump it Up Run is a fun event held in Dinosaur Provincial Park and includes 3K, 5K, and 10K distances. All races start at 11:00 AM.

1st Annual Rita's Run

This year will be the first annual Rita’s Run. Rita’s Run is a fundraiser benefiting mental health and includes 5 and 10 Km distances. Come out and support a great cause!

The Lakeview Community Super Hero Fun Run

The Lakeview Community Super Hero Fun Run is a fundraiser to enhance our outdoor healthy living space next to our new playground at Lakeview School and will include a 2 K walk/run and a 5 K run for all ages! This will be a chip timed event with the start and finish at Lakeview School (6 PM) and a scenic route around a portion of Henderson Lake!

Woody's RV World Marathon

This year is the 21st Annual Woody’s RV World Marathon. In addition to the Full Marathon distance, there are Half Marathon, 10 Km, and Kids events to sign up for.

7th Annual Willow Creek Wilderness Walk/Run

The Willow Creek Wilderness Walk/Run is held in Fort Macleod, AB and includes 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances.

Calgary Marathon

The Calgary Marathon includes six races from a Kids Marathon up to a 50K Ultra. It’s a great chance to participate in a bigger event that isn’t too far from home!

RunWild 2018
RunWild is an event in St. Albert where participants can walk or run distances of 5 km, 10 km, or a half marathon. For the kids there is the ever popular 1.2 km WildOnes Kids Marafun. RunWild is a family fun racing event which offers an amazing community race village with entertainment, a petting zoo, inflatables, balloon artists, food and beverages, and much more! The fun starts at 8 AM.

Little Souls Kids Marathon

Little Souls is a great way for kids to get into the sport of running! The goal for those participating in the Kids Marathon is to run an accumulated 40.2K before race day when they will run the final 2K of their “Marathon”.

Brooks Animal Protections Society (BAPS) Hound Dog Run

The Brooks Animal Protections Society Hound Dog Run includes 5K and 10K distances. Dogs and strollers are welcome so you can bring the whole family along to enjoy the event.

Coulee Cactus Crawl

This year is the Coulee Cactus Crawl’s 25th Anniversary and in celebration of the anniversary the race will be extended to 25 miles! Each of this year’s legs will be approximately 5 miles long and can be done solo or on teams of up to five people. Should be fun!

Gutsy Walk for Crohn's and Colitis

Do you have what it takes to make it stop? On Sunday, June 2, 2019 join a fun filled event at the 24th Annual Crohn’s and Colitis Canada Gutsy Walk.

3rd Annual Wild Rose Rough Runner

The WILDR Rough Runner is a trail obstacle race to the south of Pincher Creek and north of Waterton National Park. There are 2 days of events for participants to challenge themselves!

Ladiesfest 8K

The Ladiesfest 8K run is an event designed to promote women’s health, fitness and well being in the community and allows women to challenge themselves by walking, jogging or running an 8k course. Come join us for an enjoyable morning!

Lethbridge Kids of Steel Triathlon

The Lethbridge Kids of Steel Triathlon is a great triathlon for youth 19 years old or younger.

Millarville "Run To The Farmers' Market" Half Marathon

The Millarville “Run to the Farmers’ Market” Half Marathon features beautiful, point-to-point runs: a half marathon, a two person half marathon relay or the new COBS Cinnamon Bun Run (8-Miles). All events race from Black Diamond to the famous Millarville Farmers’ Market, only 35 minutes south of Calgary.

2019 Banff Marathon

The Banff Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K offer one of the planet’s most incredible and beautiful running experiences, all in Canada’s first National Park.

Run Like a Diva 5 KM Walk/Run or Half Marathon

The Run Like a Diva includes a 5km walk/run and a half marathon run. The 5K walk/run is open to anyone who is 8 years old and up and half Marathon is for those who are ages 12 and up. All race participants get a tutu, a tiara, a boa and beautiful finishers medal.

Harlan Taylor Memorial Road Race

The annual Harlan Taylor Memorial Road Race in Raymond offers 2K, 5K or 10K events. The event starts at the Raymond Medical Center.

Run In A Red Dress

Start your Canada Day celebrations with a run around Henderson Lake, wearing a Red Dress of course! This event is free of charge but donations to the Lethbridge Interfaith Food Bank are welcome. The run starts at 10 AM to the west of the Nikko Yuko Japanese Gardens.

Cardston Family Fun Run

Cardston is hosting a Canada Day race that includes distances of 3 Km, 5 Km, and 10 Km. It’s another great way to start off Canada Day with a barbeque to follow the event!

This year is the 12th annual Sinister 7! The 100 mile course takes participants through the rugged and beautiful Crowsnest Pass region.

Fort Macleod Triathlon

This will be the 17th Annual Fort Macleod Triathlon! This is a great event for entry level triathletes and includes Youth, Super-sprint, Sprint, and Olympic events.

Vulcan Mega Bounce Run

This will be the 1st annual Vulcan Mega Bounce Run. Come and challenge yourself on this 5K route with 9 inflatable obstacles!

Sole Survivor Trail Race

The Sole Survivor Trail Race includes distances of 2.5 Km, 5 Km, and 10 Km on forested trails. All distances start and finish at Pete’s Park in Blairmore.

Runner's Soul Fifth Avenue Mile

Runner’s Soul is turning 25 in 2019 and we’re having a race to celebrate! The Fifth Avenue Mile is a one mile sprint down 5th Avenue South with a finish on the Civic Centre Track. Please save the date and come celebrate with us!

Meet the Minotaur is a 15 to 20 Km event set in the ruggedly beautiful Crowsnest Pass. The Minotaur offers participants a chance to find out who they are and what they’re really made of. Check it out!

The Cypress Hills High Altitude Trail Challenge is held in the beautiful Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park in Saskatchewan. The event includes 2 Km, 5 Km, 10 Km and Half Marathon distances.

LPS Half Marathon for Special Olympics

The Lethbridge Police Half is back again along with the 10K and 5K! The event is a great option for anyone looking to do a fast, local race.

Fernie Half Marathon

The Fernie Half Marathon/3-Runner Relay/10K Run has become a classic in southeastern BC with its all-trail course that winds along the Elk River and follows a community trail system that is both challenging and beautiful.

Coalhurst Family Cinnamon Bun Fun Run 5 K

This is the 6th year for this family event in Coalhurst. The Coalhurst Family Fun Cinnamon Bun Fun Run offers a 5K through the town of Coalhurst and all proceeds will go to the Friends of Coalhurst High School Society and the Town of Coalhurst Recreation Program.

The Bare Bones Run is back for another year with a 9 Km run, a 5 Km run/walk, and the 1 Km run for kids! Come out and support the Lethbridge and District Humane Society.

Need some motivation to keep up your mileage during the holiday season? Join us for our Annual Runner’s Soul Run Streak! Run at least a mile a day for the month of December, post your run on Facebook and be entered to win a daily draw prize! We will kick things off with a group run from Runner’s Soul at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 1st! You must be in attendance to win the first draw prize…and it will be a good one!
