Run Club - Mini Moon

We’ll be meeting at the Galt Museum (7:00 PM) to run a portion of the Moonlight Run course. Better get ready for that hill!

Learn To Run - Session 1

Our first session of “Learn to Run“ for 2017 begins! This session will be held Thursday evenings (7:00 PM) at Runner’s Soul.

Run Club - Meet at the Market

We’ll be meeting at the M & M Food Market (7:00 PM) for a run before returning to try some yummy samples. Please note that we’ll be starting from the North side location (225 12 St. N.)

Moonlight Run

It’s the Moonlight Run‘s 30th anniversary! Gather your family and friends and come celebrate with us and enjoy an evening of activity with a 6K run/walk or a 10K run.

2nd Annual LCI Booster Association Donut Dash

The LCI Booster Association Donut Dash is a 2.5 K dash with donut stops along the way. The event is being held at Henderson Lake at 6 PM with the proceeds going to support LCI Cross Country. Come on out and eat a few GUILT FREE donuts and support a good cause.

Ladiesfest 8K Online Registration Opens

Online registration for the 2017 Ladiesfest 8K opens today at noon!

Run Club - Wing Night

This is our final run of the 2016/2017 Run Club season. Come join us at Sister’s Pub (7:00 PM) to celebrate with wings and a run before hand of course!

Lethbridge 10 Mile Road Race

This year will be the 44th Lethbridge 10 Mile Road Race, Lethbridge’s oldest! A 4 mile event is also available for those looking to do a shorter distance.

The Summer Colour Fun Run 2017

The Summer Colour Fun Run is a 5 K colour run/walk that is taking place on the U of L Campus at 2 PM. The event supports Volunteer Lethbridge programs and services and is open to all ages.

Little Souls Running Program Kick-off

This will be the first day of our 2017 Little Souls Running Program. Please stop in and register for this and another 5 FREE kids running sessions! The sessions will be on Saturday mornings at 10 AM and will lead up to the Little Souls Kids Marathon on May 31. Session dates will include: April 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Coaldale 5K Family Fun Run

Come on out to Coaldale for the 6th annual Family Fun Run.  This chip-timed event appeals not only to the competitive runner, but also to the family looking for some healthy outdoor activity.  With medals, prizes, and a fun atmosphere, it’s sure to be a great day for everyone!

Jayman Built MS Walk presented by Mr. Lube

Lace up your runners and walk together to end MS at the Jayman Built MS Walk presented by Mr. Lube. This year’s event will be at Henderson Lake (Horseshoe Club) and will include 2.5 or 5 Km routes for participants. Check-in is at 9 AM with the start at 10 AM.

The Rattler Run in Medicine Hat includes distances of 3K, 5K, and 10K.

Our second session of “Learn to Run“ starts! This session will be held on Thursday nights (7:00 PM) at Runner’s Soul.

2017 Brooks Rotary Pump It Up Run

The Brooks Rotary Pump it Up Run is a fun event held in Dinosaur Provincial Park and includes 3K, 5K, and 10K distances. All races start at 11:00 AM.

The Lakeview Community Super Hero Fun Run

The Lakeview Community Super Hero Fun Run is a fundraiser for a new playground at Lakeview School and will include a 2 K walk/run and a 5 K run for anyone who is interested. This will be a chip timed event with the start and finish at Lakeview School (6 PM) and a scenic route around a portion of Henderson Lake!

Woody's RV World Marathon

This year is the 19th Annual Woody’s RV World Marathon. In addition to the Full Marathon distance, there are Half Marathon, 10 Km, and Kids events to sign up for.

5th Annual Willow Creek Wilderness Walk/Run

The Willow Creek Wilderness Walk/Run is held in Fort Macleod, AB and includes 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances. Early Bird registration is $40 until April 2 when registration will become $50.

South Alberta Lions Walk for Dog Guides

The South Alberta Lions Walk for Dog Guides raises funds to provide service dogs to disabled individuals who qualify for a service dog. The dogs are provided to these individuals free of charge.

Little Souls Kids Marathon

Little Souls is a great way for kids to get into the sport of running! The goal for those participating in the Kids Marathon is to run an accumulated 40.2K before race day when they will run the final 2K of their “Marathon”.

Coulee Cactus Crawl

This is a 20 Mile (approx.) trail race through the beautiful coulees of Lethbridge, AB. The Coulee Cactus Crawl can be done solo or on teams of up to five people.

Gutsy Walk for Crohn's and Colitis

Do you have what it takes to make it stop? On Sunday, June 4, 2017 join a fun filled event at the 22nd Annual Crohn’s and Colitis Canada Gutsy Walk.

Ladiesfest 8K

The Ladiesfest 8K run is an event designed to promote women’s health, fitness and well being in the community and allows women to challenge themselves by walking, jogging or running an 8k course. Come join us for an enjoyable morning!

Millarville "Run To The Farmers' Market" Half Marathon

The Millarville “Run to the Farmers’ Market” Half Marathon features beautiful, point-to-point runs: a half marathon, a two person half marathon relay or the new COBS Cinnamon Bun Run (8-Miles). All events race from Black Diamond to the famous Millarville Farmers’ Market, only 35 minutes south of Calgary.

The Banff Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K offer one of the planet’s most incredible and beautiful running experiences, all in Canada’s first National Park.

The Lethbridge Kids of Steel is a great triathlon for youth 19 years old or younger.

Harlan Taylor Memorial Road Race

The annual Harlan Taylor Memorial Road Race in Raymond offers 2K, 5K or 10K events. The event starts at the Raymond Medical Center.

Start your Canada Day celebrations with a run around Henderson Lake, wearing a Red Dress of course! This event is free of charge but donations to the Lethbridge Interfaith Food Bank are welcome.

Sinister 7

This year is the 10th Anniversary for Sinister 7! The 100 mile course takes participants through the rugged and beautiful Crowsnest Pass region.  With 5,687m of elevation gain this race will punish those who are not prepared.

Loop The Lake

This year is the 22nd Annual Loop The Lake at Lake Windermere, BC. The event includes a 10K and Half Marathon that both start in Windermere and finish in Invermere.

2017 Milk River Bonanza Day Run

The Bonanza Day Race will start at 8 AM at the intersection of Highway 501 and Milk River’s Main Street.  There are 5K and 10K distances available and a Tot walk for the little ones!  Registration is $20 per person for the 5 or 10K (includes a Bonanza Day button and a t-shirt) or $10 for the Tot walk (includes a Centennial t-shirt and a coupon for an ice cream at Riverside Market).

The 8th annual Raymond Triathlon includes Olympic, Sprint, Supersprint, and Youth events. Come visit an event that encourages participation for all ages and skill levels

This will be the 15th Annual Fort Macleod Triathlon! This is a great event for entry level triathletes and includes Youth, Super-sprint, Sprint, and Olympic events.

The annual Taber Cornfest 5K and 10K run will start at 9:00 AM.

Meet the Minotaur

Meet the Minotaur is a 15 to 20 Km event set in the ruggedly beautiful Crowsnest Pass. The Minotaur offers participants a chance to find out who they are and what they’re really made of. Check it out!

The Fernie Half Marathon/3-Runner Relay/10K Run has become a classic in southeastern BC with its all-trail course that winds along the Elk River and follows a community trail system that is both challenging and beautiful.

Coalhurst Family Cinnamon Bun Fun Run 5 K

This is the 4th year for this family event in Coalhurst. The Coalhurst Family Fun Cinnamon Bun Fun Run offers a 5K through the town of Coalhurst and all proceeds will go to the Friends of Coalhurst High School Society and the Town of Coalhurst Recreation Program.

Bare Bones Run

The Bare Bones Run is back for another year with a 9 Km run, a 5 Km run/walk, and the new 1 Km run for kids! Come out and support the Lethbridge and District Humane Society.

Need some motivation to keep up your mileage during the holiday season? Join us for our Annual Runner’s Soul Run Streak! Run at least a mile a day for the month of December, post your run on Facebook and be entered to win a daily draw prize! We will kick things off with a group run from Runner’s Soul at 7:00 pm on Friday, December 1st! You must be in attendance to win the first draw prize…and it will be a good one!
