We’ll be meeting at Kinetic Indoor Cycle & Fitness (7:00 PM) for a group run followed by a Yoga session.

This will be our last day of walking at the Lethbridge Soccer Centre until the fall.
Today is the inaugural Henderson Lake Parkrun! This event will be held every Saturday at Henderson Lake at 9 AM and is a free, timed 5K run, jog, or walk. Register online at parkrun.ca after March 8, 2019 to obtain your personal “Parkrun barcode”. You can print and bring this barcode with you to any Parkrun in the world (over 1400 Parkruns worldwide including two in Alberta at Calgary and Taber). The barcode ensures you get a timed and recorded result at any Parkrun.

The 7th Annual Volunteer Lethbridge Colour Fun Run is a 5 K colour run/walk that is taking place on the U of L Campus. The event supports Volunteer Lethbridge programs and services and is open to all ages.
Come on out to Coaldale for the 9th annual Family Fun Run. This chip-timed event appeals not only to the competitive runner, but also to the family looking for some healthy outdoor activity. With medals, prizes, and a fun atmosphere, it’s sure to be a great day for everyone!

Our second session of “Learn to Run“ starts! This session will be held on Thursday nights (7:00 PM) at Runner’s Soul.
The Brooks Rotary Pump it Up Run is a fun event held in Dinosaur Provincial Park and includes 3K, 5K, and 10K distances. All races start at 11:00 AM.
This year will be the first annual Rita’s Run. Rita’s Run is a fundraiser benefiting mental health and includes 5 and 10 Km distances. Come out and support a great cause!
The Lakeview Community Super Hero Fun Run is a fundraiser to enhance our outdoor healthy living space next to our new playground at Lakeview School and will include a 2 K walk/run and a 5 K run for all ages! This will be a chip timed event with the start and finish at Lakeview School (6 PM) and a scenic route around a portion of Henderson Lake!
This year is the 21st Annual Woody’s RV World Marathon. In addition to the Full Marathon distance, there are Half Marathon, 10 Km, and Kids events to sign up for.

The Willow Creek Wilderness Walk/Run is held in Fort Macleod, AB and includes 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances.
The Calgary Marathon includes six races from a Kids Marathon up to a 50K Ultra. It’s a great chance to participate in a bigger event that isn’t too far from home!
Little Souls is a great way for kids to get into the sport of running! The goal for those participating in the Kids Marathon is to run an accumulated 40.2K before race day when they will run the final 2K of their “Marathon”.
The Brooks Animal Protections Society Hound Dog Run includes 5K and 10K distances. Dogs and strollers are welcome so you can bring the whole family along to enjoy the event.
This year is the Coulee Cactus Crawl’s 25th Anniversary and in celebration of the anniversary the race will be extended to 25 miles! Each of this year’s legs will be approximately 5 miles long and can be done solo or on teams of up to five people. Should be fun!
The Ladiesfest 8K run is an event designed to promote women’s health, fitness and well being in the community and allows women to challenge themselves by walking, jogging or running an 8k course. Come join us for an enjoyable morning!
The Millarville “Run to the Farmers’ Market” Half Marathon features beautiful, point-to-point runs: a half marathon, a two person half marathon relay or the new COBS Cinnamon Bun Run (8-Miles). All events race from Black Diamond to the famous Millarville Farmers’ Market, only 35 minutes south of Calgary.
The Banff Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K offer one of the planet’s most incredible and beautiful running experiences, all in Canada’s first National Park.
The Run Like a Diva includes a 5km walk/run and a half marathon run. The 5K walk/run is open to anyone who is 8 years old and up and half Marathon is for those who are ages 12 and up. All race participants get a tutu, a tiara, a boa and beautiful finishers medal.
The annual Harlan Taylor Memorial Road Race in Raymond offers 2K, 5K or 10K events. The event starts at the Raymond Medical Center.
Start your Canada Day celebrations with a run around Henderson Lake, wearing a Red Dress of course! This event is free of charge but donations to the Lethbridge Interfaith Food Bank are welcome. The run starts at 10 AM to the west of the Nikko Yuko Japanese Gardens.

This year is the 12th annual Sinister 7! The 100 mile course takes participants through the rugged and beautiful Crowsnest Pass region.
This will be the 1st annual Vulcan Mega Bounce Run. Come and challenge yourself on this 5K route with 9 inflatable obstacles!
The Sole Survivor Trail Race includes distances of 2.5 Km, 5 Km, and 10 Km on forested trails. All distances start and finish at Pete’s Park in Blairmore.
Runner’s Soul is turning 25 in 2019 and we’re having a race to celebrate! The Fifth Avenue Mile is a one mile sprint down 5th Avenue South with a finish on the Civic Centre Track. Please save the date and come celebrate with us!

The Fernie Half Marathon/3-Runner Relay/10K Run has become a classic in southeastern BC with its all-trail course that winds along the Elk River and follows a community trail system that is both challenging and beautiful.

This is the 6th year for this family event in Coalhurst. The Coalhurst Family Fun Cinnamon Bun Fun Run offers a 5K through the town of Coalhurst and all proceeds will go to the Friends of Coalhurst High School Society and the Town of Coalhurst Recreation Program.
The Bare Bones Run is back for another year with a 9 Km run, a 5 Km run/walk, and the 1 Km run for kids! Come out and support the Lethbridge and District Humane Society.
